Satisfied Hunter

"I have hunted pheasants for over 30 years, in seven different states... and the hunt we had in 1999 at Pheasant Hills Lodge is at the top of my list! I have booked another hunt in 2000."

Pheasant Hunting

Pheasant hunting is a long-standing tradition in this part
of South Dakota. We've hunted them all of our lives, and we
will do everything to make your pheasant hunt a successful
and pleasant experience.

We can tailor your hunt for groups
of varying experiences and different sizes.

South Dakota is known as the Land of Infinate Variety.
Bring along some rain gear, etc. Bring along a few boxes of your
favorite loads... we suggest 2-inch, 12-gauge filled
with fours, fives or sixes.

Two and one-half miles west of Wessington Springs, South Dakota...
in the heart of Pheasant Country!

We operate a third generation family farm, featuring excellent
upland bird habitat. CRP, food plots, trees... to accomodate
hunting parties of all sizes and hunting experiences.

Our country-style lodge is easy to find -- located along SD Hwy 34,
just west of our hometown of Wessington Springs. You'll love it
here... privcy, good hunting and a small-town atmosphere!

If you're flying commercial airline, you'll probably land in Sioux Falls.
Hunters with their own planes often land in Mitchell, just a
one hour drive to the lodge.
